Returns & Exchanges Policy
At BlissSilk, we want you to love your silk essentials. If something is not quite right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website.
European Union and EEA customers: your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is in addition to the change-of-mind and consumer-guarantee rights described in this policy.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several shipments or multiple items are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise your right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to contact@blisssilk.com, before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this section, but it is not obligatory.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing contact@blisssilk.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please use the right of withdrawal above.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds for withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, except for any supplementary cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will do this without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery, and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, washed, marked, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged
- Items returned without original packaging
- Personal care or hair accessories where the hygiene seal, packaging, or product condition has been compromised
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, order the wrong colour, or decide an item is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges where stock is available.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour, style, or product, please contact us at contact@blisssilk.com within 30 days of delivery.
Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund, depending on the situation.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@blisssilk.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your item has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment platform to process the refund after it has been issued.
Sale items
Sale items may be returned only if they meet our return conditions, unless they are clearly marked as final sale.
Final sale items cannot be returned for change of mind, but this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.
