We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Estimated delivery times:

• Express: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the following destinations:

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• US & UK: 7–14 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Japan, China, Singapore & Hong Kong: 7–14 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

A note for our European friends: we have temporarily paused shipping to Europe while we work through recent changes to EU tax regulations. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope to be back soon.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your BlissSilk purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned for change of mind.
